By using the FastFix app or website, you agree to these Terms. FastFix connects customers with independent technicians in the United States. Please read carefully.
FastFix is a United States–focused digital marketplace that connects customers with independent technicians. FastFix is an intermediary platform only. We do not employ technicians, perform home services ourselves, or act as a party to service agreements between users.
Technicians who use FastFix are independent service providers, not employees, agents, or partners of FastFix. Any agreement for work is directly between the customer and the technician. Customers and technicians are responsible for their own decisions, agreements, pricing, scheduling, and conduct.
Technicians may provide profile information and uploads such as credentials, documents, and previous work photos. This content is displayed so customers can review it before hiring. FastFix does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, authenticity, or licensing status of technician-provided information or uploads, and does not warrant the quality or safety of any work performed.
Professional Score is a percentage shown in the app based on technician-provided information and activity on FastFix (such as profile completeness, uploads, completed jobs, ratings, and account activity). It is informational only. Professional Score is not a certification, approval, guarantee, or license by FastFix. Customers should review technician-provided information before hiring.

To keep the platform safe and fair, we may record warnings or apply temporary restrictions when rules are broken—for example, attempting to share phone numbers or other contact details in chat when not allowed, or a pattern of cancellations or incomplete jobs reflected in platform records. Repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination.
Prices shown in offers and requests use the currency displayed in the app for your market. FastFix may currently be free to use in whole or in part; we may introduce platform fees or technician subscriptions in the future with advance notice in the app. Payment terms between a customer and technician are agreed directly between those parties unless FastFix explicitly provides an in-app payment feature.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastFix is not liable for:
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, or abuse. You may delete your account from Account/Profile → Settings → Delete account. See our Delete Account page. Termination does not make FastFix responsible for past or future conduct of users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where applicable, without regard to conflict of law principles. Other mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence may still apply where required by law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
